What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the form or by email (name, email, phone, city, message and attached documents) to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, provide the service.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation). If you order the service, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
If you do not order the service, we delete your request and attachments within 12 months at most. If you do, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and the applicable legal periods.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the service (for example sworn translators, public authorities or courier companies). Our email provider is Google Workspace and our web host is Infomaniak (Switzerland, a country with a European Commission adequacy decision); both act as data processors.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
